Hi! My name is Aidan. I am a graphic designer from Canada. I specialize in Web design and UI/UX, but I am no stranger to everything else.
I’ve always been a creative person, starting out with music at a very young age. My dad has always been in the music scene and opened one of the first digital recording studios in BC, so I’ve been around artists of all types my entire life. I knew I wanted to do something creative and I knew I would have to work hard at it. I did just that. I went to school and within the first year, I was hired to work for one of my instructors at his agency. He knew there was something special about my work ethic and passion for design. I was on the dean’s list every semester, but we all know that’s just a piece of paper, it’s my portfolio that represents my ability, but I’m proud of that nonetheless.
I started my creative journey seriously in 2013 when I received a copy of Reason, a digital audio workstation (DAW). I became addicted to creating music on the computer with over 150 songs finished. I’ve released 3 albums under the alias Vital Circuit and one other under Singular Mind. There was one thing that really got me excited about finishing an album, that was the design, the marketing, figuring out what would look good and purposeful. I knew at that moment if I wanted a career in something it would be graphic design.
